Our founder and CEO, Patricia (Wertz) Spence, was a practicing lawyer prior to entering the legal recruiting industry. After practicing law for several years, Patricia started her legal recruiting firm from scratch. She quickly realized that recruiting was her passion and purpose, and her experience and knowledge of the law led her down the path of specializing in legal recruiting. After experiencing much success within this arena, and specializing there for the last decade, she has recently expanded her company to include executive recruiting services.
